Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued only if:

• A technical error prevents your ad from being published
• Duplicate payments were made
• The listing was rejected before publication

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Lack of responses
• Failure to sell
• Early removal by user
• Policy violations

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to:

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
